You're Goal Setting Tool for 2022

Updated: Jan 19, 2022

Thank you for joining us on our journey, here at Turn Over A New L.E.A.F. Whether you have been a one to one Havening customer, a participant of our resilience building workshops, or Havening Certification student or indeed a business client...

We are very grateful for your custom!

At this time of year we, as a family, normally love to go off in our campervan and find a mountain hike. Sadly our campervan is at hospital. But I can tell you we simply love mountains for their majestic awe inspiring natural beauty and the metaphor for life challenges that they offer ....

Mountains hikes have long been used as a metaphor for life challenges as you can get great views (rewards) but also can end up in valleys and dead-ends (stuck). To get to the peak you have to have a strategy, that is a planned route, and then when you’re at the top you feel a sense of accomplishment for the hard work you’ve done.

Have you had any life mountains, health, relationship, career or business challenges and desired outcomes this year?

What challenges and desired outcomes do you have coming up in 2022?

Whats your strategy for these challenges/desired outcomes?

As with any mountain challenge its best to plan the route. To set some goals and also review how far you have come to this point before you start your journey.

Contact us if you would like to purchase a copy of our Turn Over a New L.E.A.F. Goal Setting Tool ... via info@turnoveranewleaf.co.uk

Your purchase of this will include 3 months membership which will give you access to all the video's on the website as well as discounts for one to one Havening and Coaching sessions and iL.E.A.F. workshops.

We recommend you purchase the ebook Winning Mindset: Elite Strategies for Peak Performance and read the chapter 'Empowered Action Changes Things' to complement the Goal Setting Tool.
