Jan Carpenter is inviting you to these sessions at 6.30am every Wednesdays and/or Wednesdays evenings at 8pm for 20-30 mins.

What its in it for me?

A Vagus Nerve toning. Finding your Rhythm. Being aware of your brainwaves

The morning session is about letting go of stress and tuning into your best state in time for the start of the working day

The evening session is much more about letting go of the days stress, softening, and preparing for a restful nights sleep with some coherent brain waves.

This about developing consistency over 30, 60 or 90 days - you choose - with the aim of supporting you to get into your own rhythm (ie 5-10 mins per day)
​This is a unique opportunity to join Jan in his usual session that he has with himself to prepare for an optimal day and wind down from the day to aid an optimal sleep.

Wellbeing Wednesdays are about building resilience - letting go of unwanted emotions and tuning into optimal states in preparation for the day ahead or a high quality nights sleep.
