In this webinar, Jan explains that resilience is not just a mindset. It is also a neurobiological capacity. This research-informed, experiential workshop explores how the autonomic nervous system, with particular attention to the vagus nerve, underpins emotional regulation and long-term professional sustainability. Participants will be guided through simple, embodied techniques to shift from activation to restoration, gain clarity on a current work-related challenge, and leave with practical tools they can apply immediately.

Jan delivered an engaging and insightful presentation, sharing his personal' journey and the impact of stress  on his life. I found his explanation of the brain and the triggers of anxiety particularly enlightening, especially how these can contribute to stress and burnout. The breathing exercises were both practical and effective. While they seem simple, I genuinely felt the benefits afterwards, leaving me feeling calmer and more focused. Paulette W
