Circuit Breaker blends practical coaching with neuroscience-informed tools (including Havening) to support professionals, leaders, carers and anyone under sustained pressure to recalibrate and rebuild authentic resilience.

1:1 HAVENING Sessions

Havening Techniques® is a neuroscience-informed psychosensory healing approach. A core aspect of the technique involves using self-applied Havening Touch® on the arms, face, and hands. This gentle touch is known to generate delta brain waves, similar to those produced during deep sleep, which support restoration and recovery from the day’s stress.

Havening uses a combination of this soothing touch and carefully guided distraction to intentionally let go of stuck, unresolved emotions linked to traumatic or stressful memories. These memories may be encoded during childhood or adulthood and can remain active when the emotional charge is left unresolved.

Unresolved emotions keep traumatic memories alive. When combined with the day-to-day pressures of modern life and work, our emotional “buckets” can become too full or overflow. This can result in unhelpful reactions such as excessive anxiety, anger, sadness, fear, ill-health, pain, and inflammation. Unresolved emotions may also linger in the mind and body, alongside ongoing negative rumination and limiting beliefs that interfere with our goals and aspirations.

Havening combined with coaching helps to reduce unresolved or unwanted emotional responses, associated health symptoms, and limiting beliefs. This supports the development of a more resilient MINDSCAPE and helps smooth the path towards greater clarity, wellbeing, and achievement in both life and work.
