Welcome to our new 21 day challenge group! You can connect with other members, get updates and share your progress.
You will want to update your progress daily if you are keen are keen win a one to one LEAF coaching and Havening session worth £150, which is on offer to 3 top performing 21 day challengists. We want to see daily progress by any means. Either posted here, or on the closed Facebook group, or via email, or what’s app. It’s upto you. However if you join the Facebook group we hope that you will support each other.
Either way, if you do or do not want to be in for winning the 121 LEAF coaching/havening session, we will be holding a weekly zoom coaching call. They are starting on Tuesday 28th June, which will be the start of the 21 day challenge.
