Havening Techniques are psycho-sensory techniques that use the sensory input of touch, imagination, and attention to create lasting change and enhance neuroplasticity. Havening, developed from best available neuroscience research, can help with many issues negatively impacting a person's mental state such as distressing memories, anxiety, emotional trauma, fear and pain. Join Julie Ginns and Jan Carpenter for this training online live in spring 26. Learn how to use Havening to Let-go of unresolved emotions stemming from encoded trauma's; Empower yourself, set strategies towards growth through authentic resilience; take Action to regulate the nervous system, the roots of wellbeing; develop a rhythm towards Flowrishing in your life and work. The program is designed for Health and Allied Health and Mental Health professionals, Social Workers and Care and Support workers, Coaches and Counsellors. Havening incorporates seamlessly with many of your existing modalities. Class will be 4 hours each day over a long weekend (Friday to Monday) and will include breakout sessions to practice the material with Havening Facilitators. Extensive online learning material is available. A limited number of group supervision sessions are included and 6 x 1:1 feedback and mentoring sessions. Free monthly practice group sessions will be provided by Havening HQ to help support you on your path to certification. Steps to complete certification are as follows: Jan Carpenter and Julie Ginns will be your trainers and mentors through the certification process, to support a successful submission of your final Practitioner application to Havening HQ. Your study work includes: Science Review; The Code of Ethics Agreement; Submit 20 written case studies: Submit 3 video case studies. There are also Havening Practitioner membership. Dues to Havening HQ are $99 for initial certification and then annually thereafter.
