About the Trainers
Jan Carpenter, Founder of Turn Over A New L.E.A.F., is coordinator of Hays Recruitments Social Work Training, and lead trainer along with co-trainer Bhavna Upadhyay.
Jan is a Resilience Coach and Havening Techniques® practitioner and trainer, with over a decade of expertise in helping individuals address lifestyle issues and make practical steps to address their stress and improve their wellbeing. Jan is a co-author of the book Winning Mindsets: Elite Strategies For Peak Performance published in August 2021. Jan is an Adult Social Worker of 20 years to advanced and safeguarding team manager level.
Bhavna Upadhyay, is a senior teacher of self and stress management at the Art of Living Foundation. Bhavna has been a certified trainer and consultant with TLEX (Transformational Leadership for Excellence) Europe for the last three years. Bhavna has also been working as a social worker and as a social work manager for over fifteen years with focus on children's safeguarding, protection and corporate parenting for several years prior to being a trainer in TLEX.
