In this online workshop you will find out how the latest neuroscience is behind Havening Techniques, that is fast becoming an essential tool to help us to biologoically and easily let go of unwanted/unhelpful emotions linked to trauma, which is so often the common cause of so many of our unwanted stress, moods, thoughts, behaviours, addictions, and relationships etc.  Havening is unique in that it helps to promptly bring a safe space to help you let go of traumatic stress as well help to a build more resilient mindset towards a desired wellbeing you.  

Jan Carpenter will be the trainer, he is a Havening Techniques practitioner and trainer as well as a Social Worker on a quest for a different and more effective way to empower people.
