It has never been as imperative than it is now to declutter our lives from stressful emotions, to create mental and physical space, to develop our more resilient self ‘out with the old and in with the new’
Are you feeling 'weighed down', perhaps even more than ever, by this pandemic? Do you feel anxious, numb or an underlying sense of dispair? Do you feel a sense of loss or guilt? Do you feel trapped with a mixture of emotions building up inside you? Or do you know people who do?
In this workshop you will find out:
How to manage your resilience bucket, to ‘let-go’ of unhelpful inner stressors, to improve your resilience and wellbeing and strengthen your immune system and bring balance to your mood every day.
How Havening Technique® helps you to let-go of unwanted stressful emotions that build up in the mind and body, and reduce the likelihood of stress and build resilience.
Find out about the different types of Havening Techniques, which each have a different function and benefit.
An overview of the neuroscience and research evidencing the effectiveness of Havening Techniques upon mental, emotional and physical health.
Experience a simple group Havening exercise that will create an immediate sense of a calm in the mind and body, to let-go of stress and and start visualising less clutter in your life.
This session is the second of a series of 5 workshops delivered by Turn Over A New LEAF. Each one of them invites previous attendees as well as people who have not attended before, so please bring a friend or colleague!
About the Trainer
Jan Carpenter, founder of Turn Over A New LEAF, will be your workshop facilitator. He is a Resilience Coach and trainer and he is committed to reducing peoples stress and improving resilience and wellbeing, which is important now more than ever!
Jan has over a decade of expertise in helping individuals address lifestyle issues and make practical steps to change their behaviours and relationship blockages, as a Certified Coach and Havening Techniques® practitioner and trainer.
