About the Event

Following the 23rd June Turn Little Wellbeing Actions into Habits that Stick, we are facilitating attendee's to do a 21 Day Challenge. 

By joining this 21 Day Challenge you will have a chance of winning a 121 Coaching/Havening session worth £150*

The 21 Day Challenge is mostly something that you are doing on your own with some online resources and self discovery

To support the 21 day challenge you have the following resources:

  • The LEAF Journal tool - sent via email when you sign up to this event
  • Some online resources including online programs (via smart phone) and the blog  after you sign up to this event you will be connected to the group '21 Day Challenge'
  • A free weekly group Zoom Coaching call to help you keep on track, starting 29th June at 7pm, which is when the 21 day challenge commences. 
  • A closed facebook group or whatsapp chat - where you can post evidence having completed your health and wellbeing actions if you're interested in winning the free 121 Coaching and Havening session
  • Put your curiousity and self discovery hat on - search for further self directed information online via google and youtube.

*Would you like to be in for winning a 121 LEAF Coaching and Havening session worth £150? This is on offer to 2 top performers of the 21 day challenge.  You’ve got to be in it to win it, as they say!  You would need to show evidence either of consistency (ie daily actions) and/or of increasing your number of actions per day over the course of the 21 days. We will want to see evidence of daily consistency or progression. Ideally via the closed Facebook group, or via email or whatsapp. It’s up to you, choose your way. We are hoping that we will get a few of you who will join the Facebook group as we envisage you will support each other along the way.

This event has a group. You’re welcome to join the group once you register for the event.
