The pillars of Flourishing - find out about 8 areas in your life that you will ideally be developing to feel a sense of wellbeing. You will start completing a self-assessment tool to take away with you
How your brainwaves connect to your heart, gut and spinal cord and how to optimise and harmonise your brain waves, with or without a brainwave headband, to optimise your wellbeing
How, often hidden, unresolved emotions stemming from life or workplace trauma have more of an impact on our feelings, thoughts and behaviour, as well as our physical, mental and social health, than we might expect.
You will experience a self Havening guided visualisation during the session leaving you with positive affirmations and feeling relaxed.
The session will give you a deeper awareness of these tools and more on the how to administer them yourself.
